My wife and I had a great quick weekend trip to see the family for my birthday this past weekend. Took the little guy with us, which was fun.

Always love flying over the desert. The deep reds in the sand always create this amazing contrast with the sky.

Did a couple test flights out in Phoenix as well to see how the Hyper-lapse function would work out. So far, I’m liking it. A little bit of stabilization is required, and you have to really think about your intervals based on the battery life you have left. This was every 2 seconds which would have need nearly an hour with the flight path I initially selected. Specially I used the “Circle” automated mode. Really handy, but like I said you need to be meticulous if you want to really get a flight that is directed the way you creatively like. So far I’m happy with the results. 🤠
